Increased knowledge about marine and coastal resources conservation issues and how it links with climate change issues.
Increased understanding about the opportunities and barriers of doing such education programme in schools.
Follow up: During a multi-stakeholders meeting conducted post the project, schools have shown their enthusiasm to implement and use the module in their schools. Nevertheless, they raised some concerns. One of their concerns is that schools are lacking of human resources capable of doing marine and coastal resources conservation education. It is then very important to establish an environmental education center with a focus on marine and coastal conservation issues which is run by capable team.
